The 4 bedrooms with attached bathrooms are located separately at all 4 corners of the floorplan, which gives everyone ultimate privacy. The bedrooms are very elegant with extensive crown molding, tray ceilings, ceiling fans and a TV. There is ample closet space and queen sized beds in each room. Each bathroom has a private spa-like floor to ceiling tiled shower with sink and granite countertops. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas stove, spacious refrigerator with ice maker. Sit up granite breakfast bar with 4 chairs next to dining room. This condo is in an amazing Location! Publix Shopping Center is walkable and there are several golf courses within a few minutes drive! The beach is less than a 10 minute drive as well and we provide you with a free parking pass to Huntington Beach State Park. It is a quiet community with many trees and ponds. We are private yet close to everything. It is a well kept neighborhood, good for walking, biking or just relaxing on your private, back screened in porch. Lowe's Foods and a new Publix grocery store are located in the Prince Creek plaza, which is a short walk away. The clubhouse at TPC Myrtle Beach is open to the public so why not take a short walk over to check out the new Champions Pub and Happy Hour specials. Countless golf courses, the famous Marshwalk and the Beach are minutes away as well! A vehicle is recommended. We are located about 10-12 miles from the airport, just head south to 707. There is plenty of parking in front of the building and only 4 units per building. Charleston SC and Georgetown are a nice day trip from the unit. About 1.5 hour drive. Take the Horse and Carriage tour from the Red Barn. You will love it! Check out a favorite local restaurant and sports bar called On the Half Shell. Its located on Business 17 not far from the unit. They have a fun laid back atmosphere with great specials each day and Happy Hour. Seafood and daily specials. You will love this place as its got character and is friendly. Say Hi to owner Mickey and he will send over a free app for our guests staying with us. For a special evening dinner check out this hidden gem Thai Restaurant in the inlet called the Blue Elephant. Reservations can be arranged for your visit. Authentic Thai food, with decor directly from Thailand. The food is amazing and a one man show with executive chef Dr. Paul Byington so patience is a must as each dish is prepared one at a time. Cash only business! Great wine selection! For Italian we suggest La Tratorria on Highway 17 business in Murrells Inlet. It's not too far from condo and Chef Emilio will inspire your taste buds! If your looking for a hot , fresh NY style pizza delivered quickly over to the unit then Danny's Pizza next to Publix is just a short walk over. Just tell Danny it's for Players Village and he will be sure to look after you.
