This layout provides our guests with quiet private space. A living/entry room and laundry facilities are shared with the other guest room. When I am not travelling, I am available for assistance. When I am travelling, a contact person will be available for assistance. House is located on a private driveway. Case Avenue is quiet, green and located adjacent to downtown on the inner harbour and a very short walk to town. Very short walk to downtown (minutes) but not in the downtown. If I am around, I am happy to provide a lift. If I am available, I can pick up and drop off to the airport. We manage the rooms as we would want them when we travel.
