Quiet hours are from 10PM until 8AM every day of the week. We have zero tolerance for noise complaints. Please be mindful of all neighbors. No parties, events, or gatherings over the listed occupancy is allowed at any time. If you have more than the maximum number of guests allowed at the property at any time you are subject to an additional fee of $50/person. You will be required to leave immediately, with no refund, if any events are taking place at our home. No smoking inside of the home under any circumstances. You will incur an additional fee of $250 if you smoke within the home + the cost of any damages. If you smoke outdoors you must dispose of any debris safely, do not discard anything in the yard or patio. Early check in and late check out for up to 2 hours is available per calendar availability, at an additional cost of $50. Pack n plays and highchairs are available for rent and must be requested through your boarding pass. These are first come, first serve. We will deliver them to the house prior to your stay, if requested ahead of time. We cannot guarantee same day delivery for any last minute requests but will have them delivered the next day. If personal items are left behind a fee of $25 + shipping costs will be charged back to you. You must be at least 21 years of age or older to book. Keyless Entry- Guests receive code on day of arrival close to check-in time Host Available if needed Calm, Quiet and Family Friendly Many of of our neighbors walk, or jog the neighborhood. The Park is located at the entrance of the neighborhood and has a mini Splash Pad for the kiddos! -Fire place is NOT FUNCTIONAL -Small children must be supervised on top front porch -No Smoking allowed in the home(if there's evidence of smoking in the house $250 for cleaning fee will be charged). -Observe courtesy for neighbors by keeping entrance noise low -Quiet time is from 10 pm-8 am -Please, No Parking in front of our neighbors home.(If you are standing in our doorway, the neighbor to the right of us) -NO pets, NO pets, NO pets are allowed(owner is allergic) -Gatherings/Events/Parties are not allowed -Check out is at 10am
