Daily maid service is an additional charge and is optional. 17.962% State Taxes added to all rates.   Cancellation Policy: **For Short Stays (Less than 30 nights):** - Guests may cancel outside of 30 days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges. - Cancellations made 29-14 days before of the arrival date will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total payment. **For Longer Stays (30+ nights):** - Guests may cancel outside of thirty (30) days of the arrival date and receive a full refund without any additional charges. - No refunds will be issued for cancellations within thirty (30) days of the arrival date.
