Have a great stay at our 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom Havasu home/getaway. 1 king sized bed, 2 queen sized beds. 2 TVs; Satellite TV & Wi-Fi is available Kitchen has all the things you need to cook a meal, just add food. We have a dishwasher, blender, toaster, coffee pot & Keurig. Back patio has a BBQ and outdoor seating. Onsite laundry; washer & dryer, iron Plenty of parking for boats and recreational vehicles. Garage not available. This is a nice and new home, the pictures don't do it justice. This is an open floor plan with plenty of space in each room. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are all very nice. You can enjoy your coffee on the back patio in the morning, and relax with a cold one on the front porch to watch the sunset. Guest have full access to the house and outdoor spaces. The garage is not available. Feel free to call or text anytime Close to restaurants and grocery stores. Boat ramps are minutes away. Golfing nearby. Gas station is very close.
