This property is on the complex of the Spa at Norwich Inn. There are trails to walk in the woods all around the property. It is highly suggested to have a car to get around. The shoreline east train goes into old saybrook from the Metro North in New Haven (that you take from Grand Central Station). There are also casino buses that leave from China town in Boston and NYC
