Private bathroom with 2 entrances to the bathroom (one thru bedroom) fully stocked with plenty of towels & washcloths & blow dryer & toiletries. You do need to enter thru the front door but the basement has its own door and is completely private for you. *🐶 PETS $50 PER DAY & MUST BE APPROVED!* *🐶PET OWNERS* We have 2 small dogs that I will need to put away whenever you come thru the main part of the house with your dog. You will MUST communicate ur coming & goings w/me every time! (and pick up pop) We will be happy to help you with any suggestions on things to do locally for fun or great food in the area. I know the BEST pizza place around! Please feel free to enjoy our home as yours. The kitchen has everything you need to cook and we have a grill & fire pit in the backyard overlooking the lake.& Carol Stream is a nice family neighborhood and our house is located on a quiet cul-de-sac. There is a one mile walking path around the lake. Our lake is fully stocked with bass, carp and catfish. There's a mall about 10 minutes away and so many stores around here and tons of great chain restaurants you're familiar with. The closest train station is in Hanover Park it's four and a half miles away and a 12 minute car ride. There is a mall and all the usual big shopping chain stores about 5 minutes away. Burger King,Taco Bell and McDonald's are just across the street along with a grocery store. BBQ grill & fire pit available however we do not provide any supplies for those. Please do not smoke out front! We live on a cul-de-sac and all my neighbors ring cameras are pointed at each other's house & any activity potentially triggers their cameras as well as our own. We have some guests fishing poles and a tackle box in the 3 Season room for you to use. Nothing major so if you're an avid fisherman you probably want to bring your own stuff. What we have bass, catfish & some really big carp! Parties are not allowed.
