Perfectly positioned between the central strip and private Lake Erie beachfront. Beach access is included! The cottage is newly remodeled and sleeps six guests with 3 bedrooms, 1 bath, 2 beautiful enclosed porches, and a private outdoor patio. Coffee, sugar and creamer, as well as, one bottle of water for each guest are included. A selection of optional amenities such as additional bottled water, champagne and special occasion deli/cheese trays, firewood, etc. are available upon request for an additional cost. Please inquire at least one week in advance of check-in for the particulars. Guests have exclusive access to our private neighborhood beach (a 300 foot walk from the cottage.) There is parking in our driveway for up to three average sized vehicles. If additional parking is needed, there is common area parking for Mapleton Beach neighborhood guests only, which is located on Mapleton Beach East Dr. along the chain link fence. A lockbox is provided for self-check-in. One additional key will be located on the kitchen counter next to the coffee pot. During your stay we are available by phone, text and Airbnb messaging. Lakeview Cottage is located within the private Mapleton Beach community and has a beautiful view of Lake Erie from the glassed-in front porch. All attractions are within walking distance for those who would like to park the car at the cottage and leave it. Bicycles, covered golf carts and scooters are available for rent at the Adventure Zone on the west end of the strip. Ceiling Fans: All bedroom fans are tied to the wall switches just inside the doorways. The switches must be in the "on" position for operation. Fan speed and lighting can be fine-tuned with the pull chains. The living room fan operates exclusively with the pull chains. Gas Stove: Control knobs must first be pushed inward and then turned to adjust the flame. Please take care to be sure all burners are turned off when not in use. Back Porch Sliding Glass Door: Please be sure to pull the door closed completely before rotating the handle down into the locked position. Failure to do so will break the locking mechanism and make it impossible to lock.
