Plenty of room for a maximum of 6 guests. Local residents ineligible to book. Absolutely not available for hosting parties (not even birthday) or events. Why share a cramped hotel room when you and your guests can have your own bedroom, bathroom, and access to a beautiful kitchen, living room and patio? Guests have access to internet as well as two smart TVs with Roku. I usually let guests have all the privacy they want and deserve.
