A toaster, and drip coffee maker are also available for your convenience. Steps away, enjoy meals together at the dining table for 8. The home sleeps up to 10 guests comfortably between 3 private bedrooms, and a Queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Each space is fully furnished with cozy linens and complementing decor. Bedroom #1 is outfitted with a King bed, TV, and shared en-suite. The shared en-suite offers a jetted tub and stand-up shower and can be accessed from the living room. Bedroom #2 is configured with a King bed, TV, and private en-suite. The private en-suite offers a jetted tub and stand-up shower. Bedroom #3 is configured with a Twin/Twin bunk bed, Queen sofa sleeper, table (perfect for board games or card cards), and TV. THINGS TO NOTE: - This is a walk-up unit requiring 18 steps to the front door. - Washer and dryer available for guest use. - Parking available for 2 vehicles in the front. As of March 1st, 2023, there will be a $5.00 per night, per vehicle fee to all nightly rental guests paid to the POA when you check in. This is a mandatory fee that the POA Board of Directors has decided to charge. We do not have any control over it and can not waive it. - On day of arrival all guests will have to reach out to the local team to obtain the AMENITIES PASS to show to the Welcome Center at Stone Bridge. - Communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day. - As a thank you for booking your reservation with us here in the Branson area, we wish to include with each reservation, (2) complimentary tickets to your choice of one of the shows at, “The Hughes Brothers Theatre.” All shows are subject to change, no cash value, theatre controls the schedule. While downtown, it’s common to stumble upon a local festival, live music, and other noteworthy events.
