In accordance with recommendations from public health officials including the CDC and in alignment with Airbnb recommendations, we have implemented enhanced operating protocols at our property, including: Increasing the frequency of cleaning for all high-traffic, high-touch areas at our property, including common areas, public areas, doors, stairways, etc. Ensuring that all cleaning products in use at our property, including in the laundry facilities, meet CDC requirements for effectively combating the COVID-19 virus. -This unit is located in the middle of the Soulard Entertainment District. From time to time is can be considered noisey. You may hear sounds from people on the street or a band playing at the location below or across the street. When this is the case, it generally will end by Midnight on a weekend. Also note that being a 200 year old building and the steps reflect a different era where comfort wasn't primary. The last set of steps can be considered steep.
