There is no garage access available and on occasion it may be necessary for owner to access garage directly with prior notification. We do self check in! The house is completely yours during your stay! We will preset your code prior to your arrival, and you will receive a text message with instructions. We are nearby for any questions or issues you may have, just a mile away should you need us in person! If there is anything you need or forgot we will happily provide if available. Additional sheets, blankets, towels and other items available on request including pack and play, car and booster seats, highchair, kids toys, bikes, additional air mattresses, etc! Just 2 miles to the Tram, the longest aerial tram in the United States and worldwide, traversing an impressive distance of 2.7 miles. Many of the best hiking and mountain biking trail heads are close by! Several fantastic restaurants, bars and grocery stores are located nearby. Right off of Tramway! 1 Block from Paseo Del Norte providing easy access to the entire city. Easy drive to the Rail Runner for a trip to Santa Fe!
