Listen to the waves and enjoy your coffee on the porch. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, washer & dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, and beach caddy are ready for you! Must be 23 to book! Covered parking is available for 2 cars; walk up an enclosed staircase to the third floor (first floor is parking). Spacious living/dining combo area with a giant sliding glass door to a beautiful covered porch. Enjoy sunrise and coffee on the porch at the high top dining table. Back inside you have a full pull out sofa to sleep in if you decide you want to watch the sunrise from bed! The kitchen is well equipped so you are able to prepare food or not (great restaurants on the island). Down the hall you have a bedroom with a queen bedroom set, closet and smart tv. The hall bath has a tub with a washer and dryer in the closet. The master suite has a shower and large closet with a queen bedroom set. This room also has it's own covered porch overlooking the marsh for beautiful sunsets. All of your linens are provided (based on number of people in reservation). The pool is only open in season (mid May-early September). Freeman Park is right down the street - bring your 4x4 and drive onto the beach (DAILY CHARGE). You can sit under the pier in the sand chairs provided or head up to the Carolina Beach Pier for snacks, ice cream and drinks. Whole condo, outside storage closet, pool during mid May - September (HOA determines) We are just up the road and available if needed. Quiet, laid back area of the North End of Carolina Beach. Close to North End Pier, Freeman Park & 4x4 Beach. Walking distance to Carolina Beach Pier on the north end of Carolina Beach. About 1.8 miles to boardwalk. About a 35 minute walk to the boardwalk area of CB. No pets/animals allowed. No parties. No smoking. Must be 23 to book. ALL LINENS AND TOWELS PROVIDED.
