Facing the wood stove: left is bedroom 2 and the main bathroom; right is the kitchen and master bedroom. Plenty of comfy seating for gathering around the stove or watching TV. Each bedroom has TV, WiFi, a cozy chair and a desk/work station with office chair. Full kitchen includes gas stove and oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer, toaster, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, and glasses. Extra pillows and linens are in the closet near the bathroom and bedroom 2. Out the sliding glass door to the covered patio and outdoor entertaining area. Fire pit is for use only in uncovered patio area. Trampoline is rated to 400lbs and is suitable for adult use. Covered front porch seats 7, with two bistro tables and a 3-seat sofa swing. Mesquite and pine trees, with Desert Willow and Mormon Tea, provide privacy in all directions. Butterfly Bush, Honeysuckle, Russian Sage, Salvia Greggi, and Petunias perfume the air, especially during summer months. This was our home. Read host profile for additional information. The yard is sand. The sand has millenia of glochids and cactus and mesquite thorn in it. It is not a sandbox. If you let children play in the sand, they should wear DENIM JEANS and LONG SLEEVES. If they dig in shorts, they will be sad, and so will you. Mesquite trees are unforgiving. The bark and thorns are very sharp and will cut skin like butter. We do not encourage playing on or near any trees on the property.
