The house appears quite small from the outside. As you make your way thru, it keeps growing. The neighborhood has an old boat ramp used as a walking path only now days down to the water. The water levels are controlled and changewith the seasons. You will find South Fork Fish Seafood outside the neighborhood Local flare restaurants and custom donuts 5 to 10 min Starbucks Walmart Antiques ect is 10 to 15 min The neighborhood is great for walks. You can walk down an old unuseable boat ramp to view the lake. It is at the entrance on the left and has a barrier for walking only. Bring a fishing pole too! There are camp chairs at the house you can carry there. The terrain changes with the water level. It grades down slope and concrete has some breaks so go slow and becareful. Bring your camera you will see wood peckers, blue jay, cardinals and on occasion Eagles! Open arrival do a walk thru and text owner that everything is as expected and you have arrived. Twenty minutes on the far north end at stop light #1. Instacart and Dordash deliver to Loosen Up Lakeside!! There is a dollar general store in Bronston on hwy 90 just 5 minutes drive. Burnside has several restaurants and a meat market just 7 minutes tops! Kroger Grocery and Walmart are 10 to 15 minutes drive on hwy 27 in Somerset depending on traffic season and stop lights.
