Pet Fee - If you plan to bring a pet please select it in the drop down menu where the number of guests are added. There is a $150/pet charge to cover additional cleaning. If there is damage to any furniture or the home from the pet those costs will be passed along to guests. Each stay comes with $3,000 of Damage Protection insurance (outside of AirBnB) so you can enjoy your stay with peace of mind. This $45 insurance is already added into the cleaning fee.
