Our mountain getaway is perfect for a couple or family. The main floor has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths. We have 2 comfortable living rooms with Lg screen TV's and a fully equipped kitchen. The lower level has a family room, another full bath, cabinet bed & fireplace. The deck encircles our home and leads to a large back patio, furnished with a table, chairs and a propane grill, and a large yard. Convenient lower-level entrance into the home and ample parking in front. Dogs are welcome. We do not accept 3rd party bookings. The person booking, must be one of the occupants. This is your home away from home. The living room has a leather couch and oversized leather swivel reclining chair and plenty of throw blankets for cuddling. The living room has a 65-inch HD TV for streaming your favorite programs. The TV can be seen from the kitchen and living room with its adjustable mount. Down the hallway are 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. The primary bedroom has a king-size bed, an attached full bath, as well as a wall mounted large TV and huge double-sided closet and Chester-drawers. The second Bedroom is conveniently located across from the hallway bathroom and has a queen-size bed as well as double-sided closet and Chester-drawers. The home has an upper deck that circles the home. The back deck is equipped with table and 4 chairs furniture and propane grill for a perfect outdoor meal. There are additional 2 chairs and side table for a tranquil morning cup of hot coffee. The kitchen has a new side by side refrigerator, new electric stove, new reverse osmosis water system for all of your cooking essentials. Kitchen cabinets are equipped with all basic dinning and cooking needs. There is ample counter space for prepping your favorite meals. We have, hot chocolate, tea bags and coffee pods for a Keurig coffee maker. We also provide Coffee mate powdered creamer, sugar and Splenda and basic spices. Central Heating keeps the cabin comfy, and all our beds have a thermostatic heated mattress pad for cozy warm sheets in the winter. We have ceiling fans in all the rooms to keep the home comfortable in the spring and summer months. Open the windows and let the wonderful mountain air into the cabin. Come an enjoy our peaceful beautiful cabin. You won't regret renting this home. We have thought of everything you may need. There is a 25.00 per dog per stay fee. If you need this fee included in the airbnb reservation, I can manually add it or ask for alternative ways to pay. We do not allow PUPPIES or CATS. On your day of arrival, once housekeeping is done. You will be sent the code for the keyless entry. There are 2 entries, one on the lower level next to the garage and one on the upper deck on the front door. You can easily walk to restaurants/dining, golfing, shopping, parks, hiking trails, playgrounds, tennis courts, basketball courts, and melodramas. Casinos in Ruidoso are approximately a 45 minute drive. Snow skiing in Cloudcroft (Ski Cloudcroft) is available when the ski area is open. Snow skiing in Ruidoso (Ski Apache) is approximately 1-1/2 hour drive. Additionally, White Sands National Monument is located approximately 1 hour from Cloudcroft on Hwy. 70. You are just a couple of minutes' drive or for the adventurist, a 5-minute walk to the Cloudcroft shopping and dining area. The home has a large driveway in front of the house that can accommodate multiple cars. Please remember that we do not allow parties. A small get together is fine. No unregistered overnight guests are allowed. Only 2 dogs are allowed, you must let Brent know what size and breed you are bringing. Absolutely no dogs on the furniture to include beds. Dogs must be crated if left unattended inside the home. Which means you MUST bring your own kennel. Do not leave your pet out on the decks or in the yard alone. We have wild animals in the area. There is a 25.00 per dog per stay fee. Ask Brent what form of payments are accepted. We do not allow PUPPIES or CATS. Please remember to pick up your pet's waste outside in the yard. We have poop-bags hanging on the leash rack next to the door opening unto to the backyard deck. We do not allow any form of smoking inside the cabin. You may smoke on the deck if there are no fire restrictions in place. Please remember to put out the butts in the appropriate container. Do not throw into the yard.
