Our guest house is brand new, spacious, and luxuriously appointed while offering you stunning sunset and town views as it overlooks the town to the west. Inside you'll find two very comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, as well as a large living room with adjoining kitchen. The kitchen offers many amenities to make your life easy and comfortable while staying with us. The 25-yard, saline lap pool is available for your swimming 5/7. An outdoor gas barbecue completes the picture. Situated in the heart of West Sedona, Sedona Sunset Retreat is central to everything from the most common tourist activities and areas to shopping, movies and hiking, yet Sedona Sunset Retreat has a feeling of peace, quiet, and privacy due to its location on a cul de sac with only a few houses. To enhance your experience, we offer one dinner at El Rincon Restaurante in Tlaquepaque, including an entrée, with soft drinks included. If you feel like a private picnic on Oak Creek during your stay, we invite you to enjoy our property in Cornville. At the right time of year, you’ll be treated to a waterfall across the creek. Guests will have access to the entire livable area. Access to the laundry area is available upon request. I/we can be as available as you'd like, since most of the time we will be at home right above you. There is, however, adequate insulation so that privacy for all is ensured. I can provide guidance on activities in the area as well as hiking books and maps. Our neighborhood, being on a cul de sac, is a quiet, peaceful one. While being within a mile or two of many of the town's attractions, you are also far enough away to be able to relax and rest when you wish. Whole Foods and a few restaurants are within walking distance; however, you'll most likely want to have your own transportation for many of the activities that are farther away. I will use the pool for my workouts three to four times each week. I will coordinate with your desired times to use the pool.
