Live large in a small space! This lovely little one bedroom apartment in downtown Mystic packs a surprisingly big punch for its size and is walkable to almost everywhere! The Seaport, the drawbridge, the Amtrak Station are all less than a ten minute walk away. Well-behaved pets are welcome for a $60 fee. Onsite laundry is available in the garage for guests staying 5 days or more. This ground floor apartment is thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort and practicality in a small space and seems to work well for couples, small families, and close friends. The main living area features a two to three person sofa that coverts into a double bed, a small armchair, 50" HD ROKU Smart TV and a decent sized coat closet. The kitchen comes with everything needed to cook a full meal, including a four burner induction cooktop and a combination microwave / convection oven, Nutri Bullet blender, Delonghi espresso maker, conventional coffee maker, and French press. The bedroom which is tucked away from the main living space and separated by a door, just fits a comfy queen bed, but features another decent-sized closet. To access the nicely appointed bathroom, you must pass through the bedroom. There is a small outdoor area with a two person cafe table and chair set where you can enjoy a cup of coffee or glass of wine. Please note that this is a ground floor apartment and that there is a two bedroom apartment directly above which is also an Airbnb. There are strict quiet times in place and being respectful of those staying in the ground floor unit is a condition of booking the apartment above but some noise from the upstairs unit is inevitable. You'll have access to the entire apartment, which has its own private entrance. There is parking for one car in the two car driveway. One spot is reserved for the guests staying in the upstairs apartment. I'm available via text or email and the property manager lives in New London and is available in the event of an emergency. You can access the property via a smart lock. The studio is located a 10 ten minute walk from the Seaport Museum, Amtrak station, and drawbridge. The Amtrak station is a 10 minute walk away. There is a $60 pet fee per stay. For two person groups requiring the sofa bed, there is a one-off $10 fee to provide extra bedding.
