Condo includes a 12th floor rooftop overlooking the city with amazing views. Walking distance to both stadiums. Secure building with 24 hour front desk. Guest will have access to entire unit. I provide quick responses to guests during their stay and will be available via Airbnb app, which also sends message notifications via email, and by phone - I will share my phone number with guests in check-in instructions. Walking distance to Inner Harbor, Downtown, Penn Station, the Baltimore Ravens M&T Bank Stadium, and the Baltimore Orioles Stadium. This is an easily walkable area to downtown and Inner Harbor and a short Uber/Lyft Ride to Fells Point and Fed Hill. You will see scooters around that are also available to quickly get around the area. Scooters are very cost efficient and typically Uber and Lyft prices will be as well. My place is walking distance to Penn Station and you can easily take the MARC train from Penn Station to DC and vice versa at an extremely cost efficient price. For parking, paid street parking available near and around my building. As with all street parking though, it’s available on a first come first serve basis - sometimes the street parking is available based on the hours/rules listed on the street parking signs. If that’s not what you’re looking for, I’d recommend finding a paid lot that fits your needs/availability. SpotHero is a great app I’ve used to find and book parking in advance. It also provides real-time availability for the lots closest to my building; there is one directly across the street, one about a 10 minute walk away, and a few others.
