Grab a few drinks and lounge on either of our two decks as you enjoy the cool ocean breeze with beautiful views. This property has a private condo on the ground floor with 1 King bed and 1 queen pull out couch, a full bath and a full kitchen. Three more bedrooms are on the 2nd floor each with a king bed. The house has a total of 4 King beds and 1 sleeper couch that can comfortably sleep 10 adults. Two additional bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom can ideally sleep 2 more kids for a total of 12 people. A second larger kitchen and living space are on the 3rd floor. Decks on both the 3rd and 4th floors. Entrance is on ground level. Internet and WiFi: Fast wireless internet with triband mesh WiFi (Speeds pictured). Password and access provided at check-in. Streaming video services including Disney+, Netflix, Hulu and ESPN+ are provided on all TV’s. Kitchen: Utensils, plates, cups, mugs, cutlery, cookware, cutting boards and spices will be provided. Miscellaneous We will provide you with a few tide pods, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, paper towels, and K-cups and tea for your first morning's coffee. This will get you started on your first day before a grocery store run. Finally, a propane grill is available but guests will need to purchase propane tank. Can be purchased at Carolina Petro, only a few blocks down from the house. Carolina beach has so much to offer! House sits a few blocks from the Ocean Grill Tiki Bar and 1/2 mile from Carolina Beach boardwalk with fun bars, roof top restaurants and live music. The famous Britts donuts is a must-see but be ready to wait in line! The greenway is only a few blocks from the house and ends at a park with pickle ball, tennis, skatepark, dog park and basketball courts. (Watch for the alligator that lives in the pond!). Good Hops is a cute little brewery with free disc golf. Want to rent a boat? Visit Carolina Beach Yacht Club where you can rent a pontoon for a half or full day and head to all the local beaches including the Masonboro Island Reserve where you can spot plenty of wildlife, jellyfish and seabirds. Carolina beach has it all and is only about 15 miles into Wilmington and Wrightsville beach, if you wish for a change of scenery for a day! Golf carts can be driven on the whole island besides Dow Road. Driver and all passengers must wear seat belts. A golf cart is available for rental on-site for $55 day for your stay, if you’re interested. Driver of golf cart must be 25 years or older. Driver must provide a copy of driver's license and sign a golf cart use disclosure prior to using the golf cart. Private events are allowed but this will need to be disclosed prior to booking.
