This house is the perfect location to access all that WNC has to offer. 10 mins to breweries, 15 mins to Hendersonville, 20 mins to downtown Asheville, 15 mins to the Blue Ridge Parkway. I live and work nearby and am available day or night for emergencies and from 9am-9pm for general questions or comments. I have also provided a house book that is on the coffee table with local recommendations and help with items throughout the house. A quiet neighborhood centrally located between Asheville and Hendersonville that puts you in a fantastic position for all that Western North Carolina has to offer. About 1 mile away you will find Bill Moore Community Park with scenic walking trails and a playground for kids. Just a short drive to the Blue Ridge Parkway to see the beautiful leaves and scenic views. Breweries, restaurants, hiking, and wineries are all nearby. Pisgah National Forest is about 20 minutes away with some of the best hiking and waterfalls in WNC. Where is the property located? Ubers and Lyfts are readily available and have easy access to the house. I am happy to accept children of all ages but please note that the house is on 3 levels and there is a stream bordering the property, so please use caution.
