Enjoy our newly renovated bungalow with a casual boho vibe & open floor plan. The house is located in a small neighborhood only 1-1/2 blocks from the Choptank River. We sleep 5 guests (2 queen Beds & 1 pull out couch). Take a short stroll to the river & enjoy the view, play on the playground, or just sit & watch the wildlife on the water. We are approximately 5 blocks from downtown with restaurants, shops, wine bar, brewery & more. We offer 2 bikes and 2 kayaks for your enjoyment. The house is 1000 SF with two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a spacious queen bed. We also have a sleeper sofa in the living room if you need a little more sleeping space. The house is an open concept floor plan with front and back door access. The front porch is enclosed and a wonderful place to hang out and enjoy a slice of water view of the Choptank river. We have just finished our renovation and everything is fresh, clean and brand new. Enjoy the large walk in shower with floor to ceiling tile. Do you love to cook? We have a fully furnished kitchen with everything possible. Do you need to use your computer? We have hi speed internet awaiting you. We offer a Smart TV for you to sign into your own apps and watch what you like. You will have access to the entire house. A small maid closet in the bathroom will be the only area locked. There is a large shed in the back yard that you can house your own bikes and equipment that you bring. We are a phone call away at any given time. Some weekends we are local to Cambridge and others we are off sailing on the bay. The house sits in a quiet neighborhood just 5 blocks from downtown and only 1.5 blocks from the Choptank River. Many folks love to walk or bike thru the neighborhood. Easy access getting on and off Route 50. Conveniently located for any shopping, grocery stores, gas stations and more. The city of Cambridge is the perfect little town. From the house you can walk everywhere, bike or drive if the weather is less than pleasant. There are all the regular chain fast food places East on 50. It's a short walk to downtown for shopping, eating and drinking. Check the City of Cambridge website for major events. We offer 2 bikes and 2 kayaks, however if you'd like additional equipment, we rent extra bikes (all sizes), beach equipment, kayaks, canoes, and more.
