There's room for everyone to unwind in this home. This home features a large, open-concept layout, allowing everyone to come together while still having the space to relax. We purposely do not have an official dining room in this home, as we've found the oversized island provides both a place to gather 'round and make the best memories -- kitchen memories. In the evenings, snuggle up on the oversized movie room couch and watch your favorite movie on a giant screen. Not into theatres? Cuddle up in a cozy king bed and fire up that smart TV. Not ready for bed yet? Hit the gym! It has got what you need... Treadmill, DB method, full rack, free weights, yoga area, smart TV, and more. Need to get some work done? You'll find a fully set up desk/work space in the basement -- don't worry, there's plenty of natural light down there, too. The kitchen is fully equipped with all your cooking essentials to make delicious family meals. A fabulous espresso machine and SMEG kettle wait for you so you can whip up your favorite drink and indulge. The primary bedroom is a large sanctuary, with a walk-in closet and luxurious spa-like bathroom! This room boasts a cozy king-size bed, a large walk-in closet, an Alexa speaker, a smart TV, therapeutic Himalayan salt lamps, and a large dresser. The second bedroom features another fabulous spa-like bathroom with a soaker tub, a cozy king-size bed, a large closet, an Alexa speaker, a smart TV, a small library, and beautiful plants. The third bedroom is the kid's bedroom; it features two twin beds, an overflowing assortment of kids' books, a SONOS speaker (so mom & dad can control the music), loads of toys and games, and a walk-in closet. This room also fits a queen air mattress. Located between the second and third bedrooms, you will find a closet full of toiletries, medicine, and extras in case of an emergency or the usual "I forgot it at home" scenario. Those traveling with children will also find a bassinet in the primary bedroom closet. Upon request, a crib can be put into the kid's room.
