This beautiful four bedroom three full bathroom house has two living areas in a quiet neighborhood only five minutes from the highway. Town Center plaza has great shopping and so many restaurant choices and is only ten minutes away. There is a golf course almost walking distance. The backyard is a wonderful place to step out and have your morning coffee or sit around the fire pit in the evening. The guests will have the whole house except one bedroom (storage), basement and garage. If you need something, I'm usually only 15 minutes away. It’s an old neighborhood with big trees and friendly people. My house is located 5 min from the highway. There is shopping and several restaurants close by. I do have outdoor cameras to keep an eye on the number of people that are at my house.
