Downstairs summary: Bedroom #2 has a queen bed and child lofted bunk bed suitable for a small child. Bedroom #3 has two twin beds and half bath. There is a shared full bath downstairs. The kitchen, dining and living area are open and include the wood stove. The overall living space is approximately 1,200 square feet. The hot tub is located on the large back deck, perfect for soaking and star gazing. Entire cabin except for the attached storage room is available for all guests. Nina and Todd are available via phone/text. Ample space for 2 vehicles in the driveway. 4x4, chains or snow tires required in winter. Snow tires or chains are most important. 4x4 isn't real helpful with standard street tires. To optimize heating it is best to keep the fans going. Leave the wall switch on and use the remotes to turn on/off the lights. There are many small aspen trees sprouting near and around the house. Please be respectful not to damage the trees if you're out playing in the snow around the property. Do not leave any food outside as the bears, etc will get it. Make sure it is placed into the trash can with the lid secure. Exterior trash cans are located adjacent to the hot tub room. Copper sinks are meant to patina. Please don't use a scouring pad and keep dishes/cups out of the sink as they remove the patina and leave a ring. Please load all dirty dishes into dishwasher and run dishwasher before leaving. Please load washing machine w/ dirty towels and run. Just start one load. Leave linens on bed. Leave trash in the trash cans.
