No surprise extra cleaning fee! Fully rented every season. This home has all the amenities you expect for a superb stay. W/D, DW, central A/C , ceiling fans, newer furnishings, bedding, etc. Provided linens are quality and ample. We've put cable TVs in the family room and both queen bedrooms. House also has WIFI. The east deck is very spacious for your family gatherings plus we even have a great deck on the west side down the hallway, creating 2 amazing outdoor "hang out" areas and fantastic east to west breezes. We are local owners and think you will appreciate that local touch regarding both decorating style (comfort and simplicity) and attitude in ownership (value and appreciation). Our love for Beach Haven seeps through and we truly want to share that with you. Everything I name here is for your use exclusively- you do not have to share with the 1st floor: gas grill, furnished decks, outside shower, bikes, beach chairs, beach badges, clothesline, pack-n-play porta crib. And of course, each unit has its own entrance. There is really no “crossover.” Location, Location, Location. We are down the street from the Sea Shell Beach Resort, concerts in the park, Surflight Theater, bay fishing, paddle boarding, Fantasy Island Amusements, Bay Village shopping...everything. This is the center of town, literally everything is so close by. For example, we are on the same street as the popular Sea Shell Bar and Resort (oceanfront) as well as the highly acclaimed restaurant Parker's Garage & Bird & Betty's (bayfront), and several other equally great restaurants. Personal fav- our neighbors Holiday Snack Bar (best cakes on LBI) and Barry's (try a "Pamwich" named after our first-born and former employee).
