A sunny entrance invites you into our comfortable and open living space which includes a large kitchen. Our upstairs has 2 cozy bedrooms, one with a balcony and the other with a fun queen-sized bunkbed (use at your own risk). The full bath has plenty of natural light, and all the amenities you could need such as soap, shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, and eye makeup remover! The newly landscaped backyard is a great space to chill or grill! Permit #STR2018-00046 The master bedroom has a balcony and queen-sized bed while the guest room offers a queen-sized bunkbed! Also, the sofa on the first floor folds out into a queen-size bed with additional mattress topper for your personal comfort. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to get your day started—a great coffee-maker, a coffee grinder, Red Rock Roaster coffee, tea, sugar, creamer and breakfast snacks. For the cooks, we offer you appliances and enough fresh Penzey's spices to satisfy even the most discerning chefs! Other than a locked closet, guests have full access. There is a shared laundry room in the corner of the complex. A key to the laundry room is in the condo. ***Due to COVID, guests (age 4 and up) are expected to wear masks at all times when in the laundry room. Guests are also expected to sanitize all touched surfaces in the laundry room. While I do not reside in Taos full-time, I am always available to you. Just use the Airbnb site to contact me with any concerns or questions, no matter how small! The condo is a few blocks away from the Taos Plaza where you will find many different and unique shops. As Taos is a haven for artists, the main road leading into and out of Taos, Camino del Pueblo Sur sports numerous museums and art galleries. The town and surrounding areas abound with local flavor and wares. You can sample our distinct regional northern New Mexican fare, as well as a wide array of Americana cuisine. At the southeastern corner of the intersection of Camino del Pueblo Sur and Kit Carson Street, you will find parking. However, the condo is easily within walking distance to the Plaza and surrounding streets. ***Guests are expected to know, understand, and follow any and all COVID-based restrictions and protocols in the state of New Mexico and in the Taos area.
