Welcome to Mascoma Lake! We are situated right on Mascoma Lake - just step onto the beautiful deck and enjoy breakfast with a view or go jump into the lake! Just grab a bag, your favorite book and head for the lake! What we offer is: o Stand alone cottage o 3 bedrooms (1 queen, 1 full, 1 twin) o Living room with futon o Dining room with table and chairs o Kitchen with full size refrigerator, single induction burner, coffee maker, instant hot water kettle, toaster oven, and basic kitchen essentials o Bathroom with walk-in shower o Large deck with patio set and gas grill on the lake There is a (shared with other guest from our property) private beach, with a dock for boats. There is also a large field in the back and walking trails on the properties. Fire pits are also available. We usually greet our guests, however on occasion we are not home to greet you. We are available for any questions via, phone, text, email or face to face, whatever you prefer. We interact with guests, but we also give space without interfering with personal vacation time. This property is a quiet oasis on the lake, offering a peaceful environment which invokes inner tranquillity and restores balance to ones busy bustling life. If it becomes too quiet for you there are plenty of options near us for shopping and nightlife. The communities around us offer local shops, farmers markets and local music. The surrounding area offers larger shops like BJ’S, Hannafords. Events happen every week so there is something new and different with lots of local events! We are just 15 min. from Dartmouth College (9mi.) - Hanover, NH (quaint town) and just 9 mi. from West Lebanon, NH (Big Box shopping). We are just a short 20 minute drive to Quechee Gorge and are only 45 minutes from Killington, VT.
