Washer/drier, oven, stove, and one reserved parking spot. There is a small patio to enjoy fresh air. Air conditioning / heating for your comfort. Also included is a hot/cold water cooler with good water. This is an independent apartment and there is no direct interaction with the host. He sometimes available to hang out a coworking / cafe space he has under development. He has a small, dedicated staff available to resolve any problems that might arise, or provide other assistance.
