Hiking trail behind the home where you can hike to Salmon Creek beach in less than 30 minutes. Large front yard easy to park 4-5 cars, boats, and play. There is a 20 feet wide gate that can be rolled out to park your RV. This home is very pet, child, and family-friendly. The nice 600 square foot deck has a panoramic view of the bay/ocean. Please note there is no large gathering allowed at the Harbor Cutie. Maximum of 8 guests and no extra guests allowed without owner's consent. ***Absolutely no party is allowed. *** Security cameras are installed on the outside of the property for safety. Also do not bring more guests than what you booked without prior owner's permission. If more guests are staying in the house without being included in the booking, double guests fee will be charged. If you would like to kayak, please bring your own kayak or call Bob at the Bodega Bay Kayak to reserve your kayak and he will bring the kayak across the street for you. None. Cleaner lives down the street. The house is located at the very end of that tract and has no neighbor to its right side. There are no homes directly in front of it. There are no neighbors in back except for a campground behind. We have privacy fence surrounding the back of our fence. You can walk to Bodega Dune Beach in about 30 minutes. Check the blue welcome booklet for more instruction and map. *Due to a past accident, kayaks are no longer accessible to guests You can rent one from Bob's Bodega Bay Kayak and Bob will deliver the kayak across the street for you. Property can park 4-5 cars. RV parking possible inquire with owner before booking there as there may be an extra charge $25-$50 per RV. Rolling gate can be open to allow 20 feet wide entrance to the inside yard. TOT 676N 1)Well-behaved dogs weighing less than 30 pounds or less are allowed with the owner's prior permission. There is an additional $75 pet fee per pet. If you are bringing more than 1 pets you will be requested for an additional $75 pet fee. Please let the owner know if you wish to bring your dog. Maximum of 2 dogs allowed. You will forfeit your deposit should the cleaner find evidence of a pet at the property. ***Please contact me right away once you check-in if anything is an issue so I can get it taken care of to your satisfaction. 2) Also, due to COVID, we are no longer will be providing grounded coffee. Please bring your own coffee and creamer. 3) We will provide 3 rolls of Costco size toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel, beyond that you are responsible for any amount beyond that. 4) The playhouse is reserved for children 5 feet 4 and under due to the height limit of the loft. Parental supervision is required. Please text the owner for the code to access the playhouse if your children would like to have access to the playhouse. Please make sure everything is put back to its original position when done and please remove your shoes when playing inside the playhouse since we have little hands that touch the floor.
