The main floor boasts new flooring, television, kitchen (fully stocked with dinnerware and cooking utensils), gas fireplace, washer and dryer, bathroom, and a backyard patio with a beautiful view of an open space horse pasture. The upstairs has three bedrooms with three queen beds. The master bedroom also has a couch that can be converted into a full sized bed. There is a shared bathroom with shower in the hallway, and the master bedroom has its own master bathroom. There is free wireless high-speed fiber internet. The town home is fully stocked with linens and towels. The T.V. comes with amazon fire tv, meaning that you can watch hundreds of shows and movies. You can also log in to your own netflix or hulu account if you have one. The T.V comes with standard (non-cable) channels. No smoking on or near the premises (this includes the patio or parking area). This is a law imposed on vacation rentals by Kanab City. Pets may be allowed depending on the situation, so please ask us before instant booking. Guests have access to the entire town home, the clubhouse, the swimming pool and Jacuzzi. Guests have one reserved covered parking spot labeled G8. Guests also can use several other non-reserved parking spots in front of the town home. We live a couple of blocks away. Only three blocks from the beautifully maintained City Park, City Pool, Library, brand new public basketball courts, brand new skate park, and brand new public tennis courts. Five blocks away is the City center, with multiple shops, art museums, and restaurants.
