As you enter through the gates (please close after entering ) you will see live beehives to your right and the first cottage to your left is the Captain's Quarters this is where the owner, David’s lives part time . The second cottage on left is where you will be staying . Once you’ve made your way through the front door, you’ll find the freshly renovated kitchen, well-equipped and with everything that you might need for your stay. There is even a desk for those needing to do work during your stay . The guest room to your left has a Full size bed for two people. Straight ahead is the living room. Enjoy a smart TV where you can log into your own accounts or a DVD player with a small collection of films. Warm yourself by the gas fireplace , play some board games or share a meal with your friends or family on the living room table. Central heating is available as well for your comfort The bathroom is completely renovated and modern. The master bedroom features a Queen bed and cabinets to store your things and hang your clothes during your stay. Enjoy the back deck equipped with propane BBQ grill and dining table while you take in all the views of the amazing flora and fauna ! Newly built outside is an outdoor propane fire pit with seating for 4 . In addition to the full indoor bathroom with tub and shower, the deck also has outdoor shower with hot and cold water and for your convenience please use the shower located next to the 2 person hot tub before taking a dip. This one is cold water only. David takes great pride in this property and wishes to share this special place with you . Once you enjoyed the serenity of this place you will want to come back again and again ! *Young children and pets should always be supervised at all times . * Please be aware of noxious plants like poison oak and poison hemlock are found on the periphery of property. * pets allowed for extra fee. Please abide all rules regarding pets *Please No smoking indoor or outdoor. Exercise caution on uneven ground: please no running on the property. **Allergy warning: Live bees on the property. Please have your EpiPen with you at all times. The road leading into the property is unpaved and has some bumps along the way . Please drive slowly and exercise caution . You will know you have arrived when you see the closed gate to enter the property . The parking area on the left located next to the first cottage belongs to the owner. Please leave that area open for backing up and out of the property unless you are also renting the Captain's Quarters . . The owner is usually gone during guest stays . Park your vehicles straight ahead and in front of your cottage (second cottage from the entrance.) Key is located inside the lockbox by the front door. David lives in the cottage next door. If he's home, he is happy to meet new people but respect if you prefer to enjoy the time with your own. The property manager, Juli, lives near by and will be available via phone if you need anything.
