You are close to everything when you choose this comfy home. From the waterfront deck, you can see the lights of Kemah Boardwalk, where you can enjoy carnival games, rides and dining. The adventures are endless; fishing, crabbing and kayaking with private access to the water. NASA space center is just a few miles away. Galveston is a short 20 mile drive to hit up The Strand District, Schlitterbaun's Water Park, The Pleasure Pier or the beaches. Make Seabrook your next vacation destination. The house has everything you will need. All the kitchen and bathroom essentials are provided as well as beach towels, sand toys, life vests and puddle jumpers for the tiny ones. We provide access to a pack-n-play and a high chair for families with young children. There are several spaces to enjoy time with each other. A large dining table to enjoy board games or cards (games and cards provided), a fire pit area for roasting marshmallows or just relaxing in the hammock, a picnic table for outdoor dining, and a large deck for sunbathing, fishing, or just watching the sunrise and sailboats. You are welcome to access the entire home accept for the closets that are locked. These spaces are where we store back stock and personal items. I will not be there when you check in, but if there is anything you need I will do my best to help. Located in the Seabrook Waterfront District. The neighborhood offers a public pool, beach access within just a few miles of our home, close proximity to walking/biking trails, disc golf, a skate park, basketball courts, playground equipment, fishing, fresh seafood and fish markets. Parking is available in the driveway and under the house. Please do not park in the grassy areas. Uber and Lift are easily accessible as well. Our home can accommodate 8 total guests. 4 adults maximum. Possibly 6 adults if they meet the weight restrictions for the bottom bunks. The bunk beds have a max weight of 200 lbs per bed. Please take into consideration when booking. We do not allow adults to use the top bunks for safety reasons.
