However, there is a detached home in the front of the property that is used as a short term rental (stays under 30 days). It's rare you will bump into one another as you have separate parking and living areas however the back patio of the home does face the back patio of the front home. We are never further than a message, text or phone call away. Our level of interaction is always up to you! The home is located in Historic East Nashville and brought to you by Southbound Stays. Known as a "hipster haven" and for its locally owned small businesses, beautiful homes, musical entertainment and Southern hospitality, there's so much to discover in East Nashville. Walk to neighboring coffee shops, restaurants, bars and even necessities like grocery and convenience stores. Situated just minutes by car to Downtown Nashville, you'll enjoy a local, neighborhood feel while in close proximity to business, hospitals and other neighborhoods. Due to our central location, you have several options for transportation: Parking: There is space for onsite parking for up to 2 vehicles via the back alley. Rideshare: Services such as uber/ lyft are readily available in the area and are a cost- effective way to get around downtown. Walking: Due to our central location, walking is an option to get to necessities like the grocery stores + fitness studios as well as coffee shops, restaurants, bars and more! Public transportation: There is a bus stop about a 5 minute walk up the road. Highway Access: You are less than 4 minutes to the highway by car! ** PLEASE READ THIS SECTION & OUR HOUSE RULES IN THEIR ENTIRETY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR STAY ** 1. Rental Agreement: All guests must sign a rental agreement within 48 hours of booking (or immediately if arrival is within 48 hours). Failure to sign will result in cancellation of the reservation with applicable penalties. 2. Minimum rental period: 30+ days only. NO EXCEPTIONS. 3. This is a private, full home rental. There is a separate short-term rental in the front of the property with its own parking and entrance. The back patios of both homes are adjacent to each other. 4. Accessibility: The home is accessible only via a gravel driveway and 2 small steps into the home. 5. Fencing: The parking area is not fenced, however there is a private fenced area off the back of the home. 6. Bedroom Setup: 2nd bedroom serves as living room area, not bedroom 7. Parking & Entry: Main entrance and parking located via the back alley of the home. No parking at the front home. 8. Sleeping Arrangements: 1 king bed + a queen sleeper sofa accommodating up to 4 guests. 9. Dynamic Rates: Our rates vary based on the day of the week, season, and other factors. Please enter your exact dates and guest count for accurate pricing. 10. Minimum Age: Primary renter must be 21+ per Davidson County. Guests under 21 must be accompanied by parents or guardians at all times. 11. TV: streaming services only; no local cable channels. 12. Pets: We welcome potty trained dogs with a non-refundable pet fee of $5/day. Please indicate the number of dogs during or after booking. The pet fee is in addition to your reservation total and will be requested separately after making your reservation. Payment is due within 48 hours of reservation being made or immediately if reservation begins within 48 hours. Cats, birds, reptiles, ferrets, and other non-human animals are NOT allowed. Additional pet "house rules" apply. 13. RVs/ Boats/ Non-Standard Vehicles: We are unable to accommodate trailers, RVs, boats, or non-standard vehicles in driveway or on street per Davidson County regulations. 14. Nature and Pests: Expect bugs in the South. While we take precautions to prevent critters from entering the home, occasional encounters are inevitable. 15. Home Age: Our nearly 60-year-old home has been renovated however has retained some charming creaks and imperfections that may be unseen in photos. 16. Smart Home Features: Our home is equipped with smart home technology and security devices. Exterior security cameras are installed at the front entry however NO interior cameras are present. Echo devices are available and considered listening devices inside the home. If preferred, echo devices can be unplugged for your stay.
