Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. We are in a family friendly neighborhood on a quarter acre of land. If you need recommendations just ask! There is a studio we also rent out to a quiet student on the property. Private front, side, and backyard, as well as a private patio, laundry room with washer and a dryer, and deck. Three bedrooms with an office that is attached to the master. Great for families and people working remotely. Very serene and quiet. No parties please! We are friends with the neighbors, so please be respectful. There is an unattached studio on the premises that we rent out to a quiet student. She does not have access to the yard or patio. We also keep our car on the edge of the premises, White Nissan, but total privacy with front and backyard, plus patio and carport to yourselves. You can park under the carport, as well as one car in the front yard. If parking in the front yard please park on the side closest to the neighbor. My house manager lives 5 minutes away, so don't hesitate to call if you need anything. Close to lots of beautiful wildlife parks and lakes. 8 minutes away from Lake Okahumpka. 10 minutes away from lake Griffin State Park. 20 minutes away from Gatorworld. 50 minutes from Disneyland. 45 minutes from Ocala State Park. 50 minutes from Crystal River where you can swim with the Manatees. Located centrally so that you are an hour and 20 minutes away from West and East coast beaches. Lots of local entertainment. Brownwood Farmers Market has lots of amazing items including gluten free pita bread from the middle eastern stand. Hold the start button on the dishwasher down until it says close door. The living room light has a small pull cord inside of the light shade. The room close to the laundry room has two lights that need to be flipped on to work. The left light outside the door in the living room, and the light next to the bed.
