AZ trail hiker. Biker. Vendor. Dig in-town camper
We have established this pet-free camper to cater to the needs of the diverse visitors to Pine. Whether you are simply passing through or attending the numerous events in Pine, we guarantee that your stay will be comfortable, relaxing, and incredibly convenient, since we are situated on Highway 87. There are 3 steps leading into the trailer. As our guest you will have a private yard with chairs and table. We keep the windows closed when no one is there, so if it feels stuffy or cold when you arrive turn on the a/c or space heater or open the windows for fresh air. There is a wall switch on the right side entry for the water heater, please allow around 20 minutes for hot water. It only takes a few minutes to cool/heat the camper. Please make sure everything is turned off, windows closed and key returned to where you found it when you checkout If available, please take advantage of the wide shoulder on Hwy 87 for easy parking. Or park directly on the west side of the trailer (street side) of 87. Our driveway is the first driveway north of Randall Place on the left next to thee Gingerbread house ice cream shop. We will be available by phone, text or sometimes in person if you need anything. We are right next door to the Gingerbread Ice cream shop on the corner of Randall Place and Highway 87. Great location to walk to most of Pine's restaurants, community center, post office, laundry mat and thrift store. There is street parking on Hwy 87 right out front, or Park in the driveway (compact cars only) on the street side of the camper as far to the right as possible. Please do not drive past the camper. Most guests are able to walk, bike or drive around town easily. You may need to switch on the electric hot water tank 20 minutes before you need hot water. We try to keep it on, but if someone accidentally turns it off the switch is in the panel up on the right as you walk in the door. O for on. Check out instructions include placing used linens (sheets, pillow cases, towels) on shower floor. Please put your trash in the trash bin by the street.
