Year round Beach front building, pool and kiddie pool onsite, short bike ride to the boardwalk with tons of restaurants, 3 piers with games, rides and every NJ shore food you can imagine. We have 3 flat screen TVs, Wifi and full kitchen. Look no further as you have found your favorite new getaway. Requirement: No pets, vaping or smoking due health conditions of owner. Only Adults over 25 Feels like home away from home. Comfy beds, comfy couch, full kitchen for cooking breakfast, lunch or dinner. Three flat screen TVs, wifi (PW is on the fridge and all lowercase). Guests have access to the entire two bedroom two bathroom, living room kitchen combination condo. We are available via text or call to help make your stay enjoyable. Although we will always do our best to make sure everything is working. Please note outside and inside amenities are in working condition however not guaranteed. This includes items such as (but not limited to) the pool, grills, and elevator. All appliances and HVAC are new as of 2022 and plumbing is in clear working condition however things happen and we will do our best to correct issues in a timely manner. Then 15 mins away Cape may zoo, wineries, downtown with shopping, unique clothing shops, souvenir shops antique shops, restaurants. Each unit is assigned a parking spot. Ours is 207. Parking is strictly enforced. Additional metered parking is available on the street if you have more than one car (note it is really expensive $2.00 per hour). There is a bike shop one block north to rent all sorts of bikes, tandem bikes or surreys. You can also rent golf carts on the island. As per homeowners association guidelines. This is a family association. There must be an adult staying in the premises who is over 25 years old. There are strict noise policies on the premises with quiet time beginning at 11pm. The owners Oceans 7 Orchid Road go by the Platinum rule (treat others the way they would like to be treated). For example: be a kind neighbor, Drop it/Pick it up, make a mess/clean it up, #1 and #2 in its proper place only, park in designated spots.
