Everything is provided for your comfort during your stay including pots/pans, coffee pods for the keurig machine, linens, WiFi, Smart Tv, books, board games, blankets, towels & linens. The Duplex sleeps 7 comfortably. 1 Queen Bed with Smart TV and dresser. It has an attached bathroom with tub shower. Second Bedroom has 1x twin over Full Bunk Bed that has Smart TV set up on the dresser and work table. Fully stocked kitchen. Pack N Play is provided with every stay and located in the bedroom closet. Please bring your own blankets/sheets for it. At Check in, you will be provided with starter kit of k-cups for the Keurig Machine, salt/pepper, dishwashing soap, and 1 dishwasher pod, 1 roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, 1 roll of Paper Towels, starter trash bags. Please bring additional additional supplies if needed for the duration of your stay. You have full access to the home. There is one hallway utility closet that is locked with staff cleaning supplies. We are available and have assistance nearby if you need help during your stay. Please reach out. We have a private backyard that is fully fenced in with a small patio and chairs. Kindly pick up after your pets outside and keep on a leash around the neighborhood.
