Ten minutes away from West Asheville and fifteen minutes away from downtown Asheville. Your privacy is valued here with your own entrance. This is an all inclusive basement suite which is equipped with all the comforts necessary to support an extended or overnight stay. You will be able to take breaks in between your adventures without having to drive a long distance. You will rarely see me as I will leave you to have your very own Asheville experience. Please check out the pet rules :-) This is as close as you can be to Asheville and be in the country too! We are on a secluded cul de sac surrounded by mature foliage and a pasture. Enjoy time out on your own deck in the hot tub under the stars and ancient oak trees. There is a kitchen equipped with a full-size oven if you want to chef up what you foraged at the local outdoor farmers markets You will be sleeping on a Tuft and Needle mattress with 300 thread count sheets. If there's anything we should get right, it's nice clean sheets and a superior mattress. Am I right? You will have access to a brand new hot tub! Guests will have access to the big fenced in back yard, gas grill and their own deck and fire pit. (Firewood not provided!) You will have access to Netflix, Hulu and Amazon Prime as well as a DVD player with an assortment of movies. There is a laundry room along with an ample supply of towels and linens. The garage is available for guests on motorcycles. I live upstairs, above the guest space, so I can be available to interact and answer questions or you can enjoy your stay in privacy without feeling pressure. It's totally up to you! You may not see me at all, but I am available to offer suggestions about local restaurants, breweries, live music, hiking spots or any other question you may have. You may hear the distant rooster crowing in the morning yet be minutes away from the bustling coffee shops and breweries Asheville has to offer. • We are not in high traffic areas like the rest of Asheville. • Please drive slowly and carefully down the street. •If you plan on calling a taxi (or Uber) for a night on the town, please make sure you contact the driver personally and tell them to slow down once on the final road. There may be people walking their dog or even the occasional chicken making it's rounds. There is a $20 PER PET-PER NIGHT FEE. So if you have two dogs for two nights it would be $80. The dog fee cap is $80 per week. (Added after booking) Please look out for the request I’ll be sending. PETS MUST BE CRATED IF LEFT ALONE Your pet is welcome as long you are comfortable with the following: 1) Please keep pets off of the furniture (especially the beds). 2) Please keep your pet on a leash outside the fence. 3) Please clean up after your pet both inside and outside. -If you smoke, please do so outside with the door closed.
