Conveniently located off the scenic Hill Country pathway to the famous music venue of Luckenbach (20 minutes), 30 minutes to Fredericksburg's wineries, within minutes of several popular wedding venues, and a short 5 minute drive to the Guadalupe river (with public access) for kayaking, fishing & floating. Many Hill Country wedding venues within quick drive as well. The barn is an UPSTAIRS loft space and it is meticulously cared for and is a great place to get away for some relaxation while still affording all of the modern amenities you want. Keep in mind this is NOT A FULL KITCHEN- but what we do have is a small fridge and freezer, coffee (Keurig and k-cup pods), sink, microwave, toaster and private outdoor propane bbq. No stove. There is a private area amongst some trees that offers a picnic table, lighting and a table/chairs for sitting and enjoying your morning coffee, lunch or dinner. Reminder that this is a non-smoking, no parties and no pet listing. Also, no more than four people can be accommodated. Sorry- we are set up for only 4 people...max! Sorry but no exceptions. The guests will drive down driveway, past the main house and park in designated parking behind barn. The Red Barn Inn is a loft space UPSTAIRS. They will have access to property around Barn and can enjoy leisurely walks around the property. The lower part of barn is for owners only. Main house and pool/hot tub for owners only. We live in the main house and are available if called upon but we do leave our guests plenty of privacy! The Red Barn Inn is 7 minutes from historic downtown Boerne and 7 minutes from the quaint and charming town of Sisterdale. It is located behind the main Farmhouse on 9 acres. There is no public transportation in the country so plan on having a car! We have a sweet dog named Daisy that loves to visit and play with our guests. Also, there is a pool and hot tub by the main home that is not open to guests.
