This home is in a quiet residential cul-de-sac and was designed by an architect that went on to design many homes in Sea Ranch and throughout the Northern Coast of California. The home was built in 1981 but has been updated but many original features were left in place- making a beautiful mix of retro and mid century modern. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, hot tub and sauna and fireplace! If you want to make a fire, please bring your own kindling. You can buy firewood at any of the locals stores in the area. I do have firewood in the garage you are welcome to use. Layout: Private Master bedroom and master en-suite bath on the top level Kitchen, dining and living on main level 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, and one half bath on lower level Hot tub and sauna and sun room on lower level Perfectly situated in beautiful quiet block in south harbor way, ideal for you to enjoy everything that Bodega Bay has to offer; fresh seafood, beach time, nature hikes, horseback riding on the beach, wine tasting, or just hanging out and watching the whales from the balcony! There is also a folding Mini crib with 2 height settings, a Greco pack n play, a high chair, booster, a baby monitor, floor mattress, children’s books and toys, a baby gate, a play pen (can be used outdoor or indoors) and other amenities to accommodate families with infants or small children. There is wifi and all the TVs are smart TVs! There is no basic cable. The house also has a day bed in the common area that can be easily used as an additional single bed! Bedroom 1- master with king and ensuite bath There is a folding mini-crib that has 2 height settings and sound machine by homedics. This room has extra dark shades- perfect for day time naps. There is also a TWIN size roll away bed. Ask ahead and we will set it up for you. Outside the masterbedroom is a loft space with a cozy day bed. (larger then a twin) Bedroom 2- king bed with flat screen, additional full size floor bed can be added upon request Bedroom 3- full bed with built in couches that can be set up for additional sleeping space for a single Bedroom 4- Twin Day Bed with Twin Trundle + 3 crib size mattress stored in closet- perfect for making floor beds for your small child (or an awesome fort!) Can be used individually or placed together on the floor for bigger kids. I also have a play tipi! If there is an issue, please contact me immediately with pictures of the issue and I’ll do everything I can to accommodate you to resolve the issue as soon as possible. PLEASE SET YOUR EXPECTATIONS ACCORDINGLY and communicate with kindness and respect. Guests will have access to the entire home, BBQ, hot tub and sauna, beach walks and everything else Bodega Bay has to offer. There are many great restaurants in the area as well as many local festivals throughout the year! There is wifi throughout the house! The home is fitted with a code lock door to make for easy check-in and check-out! Please note: Guests are not allowed to use HOA amenities such as the pool, gym or club house. Guest is responsible for any fines for trespassing on the golf course if not paying for a round of golf. The home is fitted with code lock doors for self check-in and out! You won't have any actual contact with me unless necessary! I am very responsive to messages and you should find everything you need in the home easily. If you can’t find something or are short a towel or anything like that PLEASE contact me so that I can try to assist you to ensure you have a pleasurable stay. There is no public transportation in the area but the home is easy to find with any map program. Brand new cedar sauna and 6 person hot tub makes this beach house a true getaway! Please note: - Since California has been struck with so many fires, PG&E began power cuts during high wind or extreme heat. Due to the location of our home, PG&E power outages are occasional but may occur during your stay. It would be wise to pack a flashlight, but we do keep flashlights and lamps in the home for this reason. - Neighbors are also here for relaxing peace and quiet in nature and the HOA has a noise policy that limits noise from 10PM-7AM. Please respect the quiet spa atmosphere. Noise violations are taken very seriously, please read house rules before booking. - There are a lot of stairs in the house. There are stairs to the front door, up to the dining area and two steps up to the master bedroom. Please be careful not to slip. - we are out in nature and there are raccoons in the area. ALL TRASH MUST BE SECURED or it will be spread across the property. There are also wild coyotes and mountain cats in the area. - I have an outward facing blink camera at the doorbell that records motion of people coming in and out of the house. I do not actively check this camera but will check it when I become suspicious that a guest might be violating my house rules by booking for a lesser amount of guests then they are having stay there. If you plan to have additional friends or family over for a visit kindly notify me so that there is no confusion. I also use an App called "Party Quasher" which notifies me if there are over a certain amount of devices on my wifi network. There are no cameras in the house. PLEASE RESPECT MY HOUSE RULES.
