Basic, but comfortable one bedroom apartment, situated close to several lovely beaches, away from the big hotels and tourist crowds on the other side of Aruba. The apartment has its own entrance and parking space. It has a 2-person bedroom with double bed, air conditioning and wardrobe. It has a bathroom with shower, living room with dining and sitting area and a fully equipped open kitchen. WiFi, gas / water and electricity are standard amenities. Linen, shower and beach towels are provided. The apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood named Lago Heights, between Aruba's colorful artistic second town, San Nicolas, and several lovely beaches, including popular Baby Beach. The apartment is gated, detached next to the owner's house but with full privacy. It is comfortably furnished with a 2-person bedroom with a double bed, equipped with a silent split-level air conditioning and large wardrobe. It has a spacious bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The large living room has a dining area and a sitting area. There is a fully equipped open kitchen with stove, oven, large fridge and watercooker. Good WiFi and water/electricity/gas are standard amenities. Linen, shower and beach towels, shampoo/handsoap/douchegel are included as well. Also we supply free coffee and tea. On request and for a small fee + refundable deposit we can provide beach chairs and a cool box. You will find private access with parking in front of the apartment (rental car recommended). The entire apartment, the space in front and the parking space will be yours to use. There is also a clothes line in the back Host is available all day until 9pm Lago Heights is an authentic neighborhood on the south east side of Aruba, built in the oil refinery era. The neighborhood is away from the big hotels and tourist crowds on the north-west side of the island. There is a small supermarket at 5 minutes walking distance. Several beaches are close by. Boca Grandi, located in a few minutes by car, is a beautiful bay with a stretched beach and strong surf, which is ideal for more experienced swimmers. If you like wind or kite surfing, this is your place to be! There is a kitesurfing school and a beach bar. Shallow Baby Beach is known for being very safe for small children (always under your supervision) and for lovely snorkeling on the reef. It has amenities such as a beach tent with kitchen and bar, palapas for shade and (paid) beach chairs. Rodgers' Beach is popular with the real peace seekers. Here the water is deeper and some trees provide shade. Across the street is a bus stop, where you can take the bus to town or to the hotel and beach area. Buses go once an hour. We do recommend to rent a car to get around easier in Aruba. Private parking space available. - We can put some things in your fridge for the next day. Ask for possibilities and prices.
