Spacious 5 Bedroom (two are Master Bedroom Suites) 4 Bath Waterfront Pool- all new and remodeled inside in 2018 - home meticulously maintained and decorated with a Coastal flair! Kick back and enjoy the Island life! We have a unique tri-level home that we are told was designed and built by the Mackle brothers. There is a large great room area with a living room and dining room the overlook the pool and a raised area that has a kitchen and eat in area. This whole great room area has large ceilings and over looks the pool. That main level has two bedrooms and one hall bath on the left side and on the right side, it has a main bedroom and main bathroom that open to the deck around the pool. The lower level has a family/game room and 1/2 bath and the upstairs has a small bedroom, a second main suite with a bathroom. You have access to the whole house! There is a driveway for parking of two cars. We are available through Airbnb message or by phone or text, if needed. We are located in the prestigious south end of the island It is a 10 minute walk to the Beach and to the Marco Walk which has restaurants, a movie theatre and shops. Pool and Dock/Canal Waiver/Hold Harmless THIS AGREEMENT, governed by the laws of the State of Florida, is executed between Jodee and Kevin Hannon, hereinafter referred to as “Owner” and renter(s) hereinafter, jointly and collectively called “Guest”. This agreement is for the rental premises located at 721 Partridge Court, Marco Island, FL 34145 that is only to be occupied for the purpose of a short-term/vacation dwelling for the dates reserved. 1. No lifeguard is available on the premises. Guest shall use pool, water/canal and dock with great care and in accordance with any posted rules. All children and elderly, frail adults using said pool, water/canal, or dock shall be constantly supervised by a responsible adult who can swim. If the pool, water/canal, or dock are equipped with any safety features such as a fence or other pool or water area barrier, a pool cover, a door latch or a door or window alarm, guest shall be responsible for correctly operating and using said safety device every time the pool, water area or dock is used. Any use of said pool(s), water area/canal or dock shall be at the sole risk of the user, the responsible adult supervising the user, and the Guest. 2. Guest is responsible for and shall indemnify the Owner and Owner’s agents and hold them harmless from any and all claims, liability, demands, actions, causes of action, expenses, damages, losses or injuries sustained by any person including Guest, Guest’s family, agents, guests or invitees as a result of or arising from the Guest’s subject occupancy and tenancy, including, but in no way limited to claims arising from the use of any pool, hot tub, spa-pool, water area/canal or dock, which are part of the rental premises. Guest shall also be liable and indemnify Owner for attorney’s fees and court costs incurred by Owner in enforcing any of the terms, covenants or conditions of this Rental Agreement or which are sustained by Owner as a result of or arising from or during Guest’s subject occupancy and tenancy. The agreement is considered signed and accepted by both the Guest and Owner upon the rental of the property through Airbnb.
