There is more than enough to do in Cape May for anyone. I would suggest checking the activities and events sections at the local websites. Personally, we like the beach and pool in the summer, touring the Victorian homes in the spring which start just a block away from our unit, and bird watching year-around. There is plenty of public parking close to the beach as long as you are a few blocks from town. Close to town and 2-3 blocks from the beach the parking is metered; further out there is plenty of street parking. Some of our favorite restaurants are below: Rusty Nail (on Beach Ave) A fun palce Mad Batter (close to the main mall and very popular) Fine Dining Lobster House Fish Market (You pass this going into Cape May near the bridges of the Cape May Harbor; it will be on your left on a side street) This is a large place overlooking the water that can accommodate large parties; the food is also very good Supermarket: If you continue down Lafayette (the street to the unit) another 5 minutes or ½ a mile there is a fairly large supermarket. Additional cancellation policy In the event of cancellation by the Tenant, the disposition of' any deposits made is up to the Owner. If Owner agrees to absolve this lease agreement on Tenant's behalf, payments will be refunded only when the property is re-rented at no loss to Owner.
