Entire house on a large lot. The desirable Happy Hill neighborhood is nestled in a pine forest, quiet, spread out in a way not found on Lodge Hill or Park Hill. It is an easy walk to the beach or to West Village. (An uphill walk home. The price we pay for the ocean view.) Close to Hearst Castle/Gateway to Big Sur. Ideal for couples/close groups/close families. Not child safe ages from 6 months to 5 years. Sorry. Close to wonderful restaurants, Paso Robles wine country (Best wineries are in "Templeton Gap" only 20 minutes along 46 West), Hearst Castle and Big Sur. Unlike crowded Park Hill. Above Moonstone Beach. Great for walking or simply enjoying the pines and ocean views from the front deck. Homes are well spaced on this street, allowing for relaxation without the sense of living on top of your neighbors. You will see deer, hummingbirds, wild turkeys. Please be mindful of water usage as it is a scarce resource in Cambria. The CCSD allows for 50 gallons per household per day. Excessive use may result in additional charge to guest. No pets accepted. GAS FIREPIT - must be turned off if not directly supervised. Please be sure gas grill is turned off after use.
