We are located on Collier Blvd, a great place to get out and explore. The sidewalks on Collier Blvd and throughout The Island are friendly to walkers, runners and bikers. Provided are the things needed to enjoy the area such as beach towels, bags, beach umbrella and a cooler. We also provide a beach wagon to get all your gear to the beach. Enjoy the beach all day long or take dinner and drinks to watch the sunset. In addition to beach access that you can walk to, The Island has 2 public beaches with parking: South Beach and Tigertail Beach. In the evening, take a stroll to one of several nearby restaurants and enjoy the night air. The unit has two bedrooms both with king size beds and queen size sofa bed in the living room to comfortably accommodate everyone. Tastefully designed with down comforters and quality linens, the beds are inviting at the end of a long day in the sun. The bathroom is well appointed with a glass enclosed shower and lots of soft towels. Common areas are modern yet comfortable. A large flat screen Smart TV in the living room has cable TV to keep guests entertained. One bedroom also contains a flat screen Smart TV and the unit has free WiFI. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals at home and a coffee/tea bar to make morning beverages. The common areas of the property are impeccably kept with a heated pool and a recreation room to enjoy. We are close to the beach, walking distance to restaurants and a coffee shop. The sidewalks are wide and conducive to walking or a morning run right from your front door. The multi-use sidewalks and the bike lanes on the roads make biking easy. You can ride a bike to anyplace on the Island or rent a electric vehicle in addition to using your car. Please note: Please do not inquire about bringing your pets. Our condominium association does not allow pets pets f any size- even “well behaved “ or “ non-allergenic “. This is the case with most condominiums on Marco Island. Pets are usually accommodated in single family homes.
