PARKING: Carport (4 vehicles), driveway (3 vehicles). Water Access: Located near the end of cove, water shallows near home about 2ft and there are granite shelves in cove. Please let owner know if you plan to bring boat so we can provide further information. Outboard engines should not have a problem with caution, inboard engines will need to be walked through the granite shelves to prevent damage. Guests will have access to the lake ramp just a few houses down the street. You can anchor a boat parallel to the property against cement “dock”. Kayaks and life jackets also supplied!
