The large living and dining area with its floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors offers an unobstructed panoramic view of the Gulf and Pass and allows access to a spacious balcony. You can enjoy the view of the Gulf from the kitchen, dining area, living room, and two of the three bedrooms. The condo is furnished with a large HDTV, complete with HD digital cable and BluRay player for all your entertainment needs. And the owner will provide you with a complimentary beach set up 2 chairs and 1 umbrella to enjoy the sun and beach during season. There are two elevators located in the middle of the building and one located on the end of each side of the building next to the stairs.
