Especially the location. I love the convenience of getting into downtown Menlo Park, Palo Alto and just a 30 minute drive to San Francisco. There's lots of greenery and beautiful trees. Definitely a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Within walking distances or short uber ride to Stanford Mall , Dragers or Safeway, Starbucks and downtown Menlo Park. Located just outside downtown Menlo Park, our home is: About a 30 minute walk to the CalTrain station which operates between San Francisco to San Jose. About 1.5 miles from the US 101 freeway 20 minute walk to downtown Menlo Park Close to (SENSITIVE CONTENTS HIDDEN), and Stanford and is within a 30 minute drive to half moon bay. Please note that we cannot host parties or large gatherings of any kind. We will not tolerate any behavior that violates the house rules. I travel about 5-7 months out of the year for work. When in town, I am often working and going in and out of my workshop which is located in the garage separate and secluded from the main house. Long term stays with 10% discount are available as well.
